Do You Need Help For Political Asylum?

Congressman Stephen J. Solarz

As Congressman for New York over a period of 18 years, Stephen J. Solarz excelled at representing the interests and needs of his constituents on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.  An intermediary between the citizens of his electoral district, and leading political figures – Solarz was the man to bridge that gap and establish resolution.

Congressman Solarz served 12 years as Chairman of the “Subcommittee on Asian and Pacific Affairs”, of the “Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives”. He is a senior partner in A.P.C.O. Worldwide  Solarz continues to hold important official responsibilities with bipartisan support from successive U.S. administrations.

A member of U.C.R.'s Board of Directors, Congressman Solarz has promoted the U.C.R. falcon conservation Program since 1994. He has traveled extensively across Central Asia and the Middle East, meeting with political leaders, on a mission to encourage adoption of the U.C.R. Program.

U.C.R. casts a wide net. We receive substantial quantities of information – often quite unexpectedly – from resources embedded across ex-Soviet Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Considerable effort is expended to maintain confidentiality for our intelligence resources1.

Whistleblowers and opponents to black market wildlife trade have been terminated from government employment, simply for witnessing and reporting wildlife smuggling by other senior government officials. Conservationists have been assaulted, beaten, and politically imprisoned. Conservationists who posed intolerable threats to the rampant black market, and who could not be corrupted, have been murdered by today's falcon Mafia.

If your life is under threat, because you have witnessed or reported criminal activities by a government that is engaged in smuggling wildlife, you have a right to apply for political amnesty in the United States.  If you have first-hand knowledge of smuggling, poaching, and wildlife violations by governments and scientists who use their authority to smuggle wildlife on behalf of foreign States, we would like to hear from you.

If you require protection or 'political amnesty', because you have witnessed or filed a report on smugglers who violate international wildlife treaties and the laws of your nation, please contact U.C.R. at Info@SaveTheFalcons.org

Following an initial investigation, a determination will be made on the veracity of your information, and it's actionable value for law enforcement and wildlife conservation.  At that point U.C.R. will determine the level of support and assistance that we can provide for your 'political amnesty' application in the United States.

After a favorable investigation, our representative will submit a request for your interview to occur at the nearest U.S. Embassy. U.C.R. will also actively promote a candidate’s political amnesty application on Capitol Hill 2, with Congressman Solarz lobbying the United States Government on behalf of the political amnesty candidate.

1  U.C.R. wildlife investigations and interdiction of smugglers cannot be characterized as “espionage” because UCR does not represent or work for any Government. UCR does not infringe on military patents, and does not investigate military programs. UCR's endeavors are implemented by a 501(c)3 corporation that is an NGO (non-governmental organization).

2  Please note: U.C.R. does not represent the U.S. Government, and does not guarantee success in the political amnesty application. Political amnesty candidates may apply to the U.S. Government directly, without support from U.C.R. Furthermore, U.C.R. does not accept donations or money in exchange for advocating on behalf of political amnesty candidates.
